The best part of the company is definitely the employees. The people working there are genuinely friendly, hardworking, and supportive of each other, which helps make difficult situations easier to handle.

The overall work environment is extremely demanding and emotionally draining. Employees are constantly overloaded with tasks, urgent problems, and unrealistic expectations, creating a stressful atmosphere where frustration becomes part of daily life. Management does not seem to prioritize employee well-being. Instead of creating a supportive environment, there is a strong culture of pressure and criticism. Good work is rarely recognized or appreciated. Simple encouragement or positive feedback is practically nonexistent, while mistakes and imperfections are constantly highlighted. Over time, this negatively affects motivation and morale. Another concerning aspect is the lack of proper employee support structures within the company. There is no real HR department, which makes it difficult for workers to feel heard, supported, or protected when issues arise. Communication and organization often feel chaotic, and many situations could be improved with stronger leadership and better internal processes. The company has potential because of the people working there, but the current management approach creates unnecessary stress and dissatisfaction for employees.
