Vantaggi

Absolutely nothing is good here. All positive reviews posted here are fake, done by their HRs to lure innocent people

Svantaggi

A place full of nepotism and useless people. They post fake positive reviews. They are hardly concerned about their employees, all they do is to make crap baseless reports and make a joke of the client. People working here aren't even skilled enough, they don't know basic English, crap market estimates are prepared just by googling everything with no reliability. The editing team lacks basic English grammar knowledge. The management only knows how to shout at their subordinates and on top of it they will make you work on weekends too and expect you to be available 24 hours on a daily basis on weekdays as if they own your life. An advice to people aspiring to join this company especially freshers, dont commit such a big blunder and read all the reviews here you will get a clear picture. They treat employees in a manner as if they are their slaves.

Vantaggi

There were no pros in this company

Svantaggi

I remember checking my bank account on the 5th, then the 10th, and still seeing no salary credit. It’s one thing to have a heavy workload, but when the basic pay doesn't arrive on time, it’s a different kind of stress. The real shocker came when I checked my PF portal. They’d been deducting it from my CTC every month, but the actual contributions were nowhere to be found. It felt like a total scam. On top of that, the office vibe was purely about being a 'yes-man.' If you didn't agree with everything the management said, you were sidelined. Bias was everywhere, and growth felt impossible unless you were part of the inner circle. Leaving that place was honestly the best day I had there. I’m glad I’m out, but I’m still frustrated by how they treated everyone. For those who’ve dealt with salary delays or PF irregularities, how long did you wait before deciding to quit or taking it up with the authorities?
