      Friendly environment, upfront expectations, great training, nice benefits, hiring process was thorough, well thought out, and the communication from HR was great, supervisors who have come up through the ranks understand and remember what it's like to be a worker, and do a great job managing the work force

      DCI provides a great work/life balance. They understand the need to have a home life. It is a welcoming environment with a lot of knowledgeable employees. There is a lot of interdepartmental collaboration which is why I believe makes DCI successful. The retention of employees is very high.

      There are not typically a lot of open positions, so it can be hard to get a chance to work for DCI.
