      No Pros!! Pure harassment of employee!! CEO thinks he is smartest guy in the world, but he Only thinks!! Always talked about his visions!! never know never know exactly what is vision!! MC!! Once a Chindi Always a chindi!! If you think I am a lair!! Check reviews on the customer complaints!! Rip off reports and others!!

      No work ethics!! Their is no management here. Never give salary on time. Even they will tell you like beggars, we don't have money to pay you! Sala paise kaise katein iske liye strategy banate hian. No matter how much you put your efforts!! You'll never get your dept!! No one ever get full and final in the company after leaving. They show big dreams to freshers- Sir- hum ye kar dengy wo kr dengy!! GHANTA!! They take their certificate to as a security and ask you to sign a bond for 2 years!! If you want to leave early organization!! you need to pay them other wise you will not get your certificates!!

      Company is Located in IT HUB. i.e "Spaze I Tech" having a Nice Infrastructure and decent environment. Management is very co-operated and worked out on our problem when we do share our concerns to them. Nice Salary Compensation for both Freshers as well as to Experienced. Best Part is very Decent Yearly Bonus ranging up-to 1 Month of Salary.

      No Downsides that i feel that should we have to notice. Everything have the pros and cons but we do have to avoid those cons for the betterment.

      If you are habitual to come to office at 11, have 3-4 tea breaks, 1 hr lunch, 30 mins snacks and go home by 7 then probably this is not the place for you.
