      It depends on how lucky you are and what project you are working on but if you are not then: * you may work with legacy code * you can have some redundant meetings * it may be difficult for you to change a project inside the company

      A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

      The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
