Workload can become to much no work life balance salary a bit low

You’re getting a good machine, but you're paying for it. They deduct it from your salary —so I’m not sure that counts as a pro.

The work environment is extremely toxic. Employees are treated like they're disposable, and management speaks to you as if they're doing you a favor by giving you a job. There’s no clear company structure, and the workload is overwhelming. You're expected to work after hours and on weekends simply because you live on-site. The CEO or owner may even demand to see you over the weekend, sending messages on Teams out of the blue on a Saturday or Sunday, insisting on meeting immediately. There’s no work-life balance—you’re essentially treated like a servant, not a professional.
