The products are outdated and require major development, but there doesn't seem to be a desire to do so. Even partners are dissatisfied with the lack of progress. There are a lot of negative people working there who aren't held responsible for their actions, and their behavior negatively affects the few quality employees they do have. The organizational structure of the business is, at best, immature, and a lot of the managers are not management material but are instead people who get along best with the CEO. Numerous roles perform the duties of two or three individuals, yet no accommodations are provided for that. Benefits and pay. No career progression.
