As it is a startup , increament per year wouldn't be as much to the expectations.

Supportive work culture based on empathy, respect and trust. Senior management will encourage to take up multiple roles and grow individually

Can do better in terms of incentives - monetary, courses, trainings and EAPs No work from home policy which I think will keep large talent from joining them
