4yThank you for your response. Unfortunately, the environment we are working in for 2022 is one of high turnover and we are not immune. While it is beginning to stabilize, there were definitely new hires who missed an effective onboarding by their manager. We are aware of this and in 2022 we have started the simplification of our solutions so the ramp up time needed for a new hire is thorough and productive.
