Very low overhead, money saved is passed along to employees. Very little bureaucracy. As long as you get your time-sheet in on time and make your customer happy they leave you alone. Twice a year bonuses plus end of year bonus. Raises every year. Good administrative support when you need it.

This company has the most amazing culture - it truly is a team. The leadership actually cares for their staff and are continually asking for feedback to implement new programs to enhance their culture. The leaders are easily accessible and very responsive (even after hours) and are always willing to sit down a talk with you. There are great opportunities to work with folks with robust experience in their respective fields while serving our customers mission. You can ask questions and find someone to help your run through a scenario and achieve success. DataSync offers all the benefits you'd expect for a company of this caliber - medical, dental, retirement, training but they also go above and beyond by allowing folks to spend time training when unexpected closures have happened (snow, no AC, Govt closure). They like to include the folks that matter to your after hours by throwing the most amazing parties and make sure that they are welcomed and valued. These leaders realize that family and friends are important to ones success professionally. I'm no longer a number or body to a large integrator instead I'm a well cared for team member who is respected and rewarded for my contributions. Love it here!
