(Its a sinking boat) - Tech team is filled with substandard/under-skilled/in-experienced engineers. - This company has huge behavioral issue, people tries to hide their in-competencies by blaming others. - No sign of empathy/sympathy among co-workers. Being disrespectful is a key skill here for survival (you need to be very good at it). - No scope of learning at all. - Less pay then market standards. - 0 loyalty among employees, everyone is always looking out.
