Definitely the people, who are really smart, caring, and driven -- and that comes from the top. The culture has a natural focus on employees, their development and engagement. The product is compelling and the anecdotal stories about the lives we’re saving and/or protecting gives everyone a real sense of mission I’ve never experienced in another company.

Svantaggi

Because the company is growing quickly, there’s a fair pace of dynamic change, which is not for everyone.
