The people within the business are passionate, knowledgeable and inclusive. People are approachable, open to change and happy to spend time helping you.

Some lack of process in the past has led to tribal knowledge or lack of documentation but this is being worked on at speed and being able to contribute to fixing this is part of the fulfillment.
