Many opportunities to learn about multiple aspects of running a SaaS business. High growth trajectory, it is completely dependent on employee performance. Employees have the opportunity to solve a variety of problems, only bar is their interest. People are very talented and friendly. Company culture focuses on mutual respect, trust and customer orientation. Company is growing very fast, with multiple customers in different segments. We get to understand different sectors, solve different business problems on a daily basis. Everyone from CEO on down has an open door policy. Anyone can walk up to anyone and give ideas, suggestions, pain points etc. Flexible work options are a boon, WFH and leaves are not an issue at all as long as work gets done. There are many parties, hangout sessions etc owing to a large population of young professionals. Fun is taken seriously too.
