'Merging' with Autotask has caused a huge and unfortunate exodus of highly talented staff and some prior Autotask management. The changing of the guard has led to inexperienced mamagememt continuously micromanaging highly experienced salespeople with no need or semblance of positive reinforcement. Feels as if the pride of comprehensive solution selling is replaced with transactional product pushing, where come month-end, one is expected to perform miracles to achieve an overbearing sales quota (even if this means completely devaluing the product you sell). Favouritism and borderline nepotism is rife in a bubbling cauldron of cultural toxicity. If you have more than 3 years of experience in the technology sector, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. Datto could be a worthwhile experience to build a foundation in the technology space.
