Ok place to work if short term - Recensione dipendente - Manufacturing Engineer presso Dauch

If you are looking at staying long-term, this may not be the company for you. There have been layoffs every year for the past 4 years. No opportunities for advancement if you are not in the click, no matter how qualified you are. There is a lot of bureaucracy and takes months to accomplish simple tasks (i.e. order spare parts, receipt equipment/tooling, etc.). Seems like every time there is a failure in the system, everything would get pushed on the manufacturing engineers.
