Stressful commute to Detroit HQ - lessened by Hybrid schedule but still not enjoyable with terrible road potholes, poor lighting, fear of stranded with flat tire, construction, traffic congestion. 2. Longer work hours (avg 48 hours per week, plus commute time). 3. Intense / fast-paced - but also rewarding. 4. Having to pay Detroit City Tax! Terrible. 5. Spouses have to pay $100 per month to participate in "Family" coverage.
