Good hours, good location. Decent rate of pay. Various career opportunities within company.

Svantaggi

Constant layoffs. Excessive heat during summer months. Heavy work load; 6, 7 day weeks constantly. Disorganization across all departments. No regard for quality of their product(s). Cleanliness is constantly an issue. Unprofessional relationships between hourly and salary continues to be an issue.

Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

Svantaggi

Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
