- Few managers display aggressiveness, ego-driven decisions, bias, disrespect, bossiness, and rude speech — negatively impacts employee mental health and morale. No check on managerial behavior. - No clear, written guidelines or standardized metrics for promotion. Excessive discretion is given to managers, resulting in inconsistency and potential bias. - No monetary reward to contributions that enhance workflows or add value. Feels like exploitation rather then being empowered. - A strong bias towards personal methods from technical managers. No corrections, open mindedness or third party checks. - Designs lack originality—mostly mimic other OEMs, with weak fundamentals and no clear innovation.

Vantaggi

Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

Svantaggi

Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
