Great co-workers where you build long lasting relationships. The office was flexible with working hours if needed. If you were a file clerk there was room for growth.

extremely long hours where mgt didn't care about the quality of your work as long as it gets done. They overworked their employees where people had too work extremely long hours and weekends. Very limited room for growth if you were a paralegal.
