      Excellent company that will train and back you up with great commissions if you are at a lease-up property. Management and corporate are always there to support you. This company focuses on customer service which a lot of other management companies do not have. They are a wealthy company with beautiful properties and great coworkers. I like that they are luxury apartments and communities are always safe because of this. Your commissions are $100 per lease you sell but they have to move in and not cancel.

      The company is a developer so they build and manage for a few months up to a year and then will sell. This is not a stable job unless you wish to move with the company. Some like this, but most will have families and would not like the fact of constantly moving cities or even states. While you get great commissions, if you want to live on property you only get $150 off per month while most other companies will offer 15-20% off base rent. I've even heard as much as 40% off and management is free rent from other places.

      I have truly enjoyed my experience working for Davis Development. The company culture is one of the biggest reasons I am proud to be part of the team. Employees are treated with respect, appreciation, and genuine care. It's refreshing to work for a company where you don't feel like just another number, but rather a valued member of the organization whose contributions are recognized. They care about your family too, my kids love they have received birthday cards. The people throughout the company are supportive, collaborative, and invested in each other's success. Upper management is approachable, understanding, and always willing to listen to concerns, discuss ideas, and work through challenges together. Their open-door approach creates an environment where employees feel heard and empowered to make a difference. Davis Development also takes pride in delivering a quality product while maintaining a strong focus on its people. The company understands that happy, supported employees are key to long-term success, and that commitment is evident in the way team members are treated every day. Overall, Davis Development is a company that values its employees, fosters a positive culture, and provides opportunities for growth and meaningful contributions. I am grateful to work for an organization that genuinely cares about its people.

      Only true con is the insurance change but everyone has been so helpful to navigate the issues. Other than that maybe just some more training in the beginning stages.

      Working for Davis Family has been an incredible experience. It truly is a great company to work for—they treat their employees like family, creating a positive and supportive environment every day. Everything about the company reflects care, respect, and a strong sense of teamwork. I especially want to thank Lee and Jen for being such great leaders.
