Great firm to work at. A really great team with great affordable housing projects.

Did not really have any complaints here!

- Very disorganized and sometimes passive-aggressive approach to project management, causing turnover & low morale among junior staff - Senior management lacks transparency and accountability - Outdated and inefficient approach to software/technology use - Lack of design vision/innovation - Mediocre benefits
