      Small IT shop so the opportunities are there if you enjoy variety in your work and like doing different things. Not much in the way of challenging work, so once you get in a grove, you can really balance work and life pretty well. Flexible with work schedule.

      Accountability is lacking on multiple fronts. Relationships drive success. Lots of lip service; don't trust upper management based on historical events. Some micro-management. Financials don't look so great; recent layoffs seem to support this. Benefits package (medical especially) leave a bit to be desired.

      Great company for motivated employees. Many success stories of people who have moved from lower level positions to top management. Great tuition reimbursement program. Top management is focused on growing the company and employees.
