This company values and invests in their employees. They genuinely value you for more than just the job you do and really care about you as a person. This is more of a family than a group of employees that are simply punching a time clock, unlike many of the companies out there. It's quite ridiculous just how exceptional everyone is at their job and as a people in general. These are some of the most impressive, genuine, talented, and fun people I have encountered. This company has great benefits. The culture is one that fosters personal and professional growth. They expect you to work hard, but that hard work is recognized and rewarded. The CEO and Senior Leadership Team are extremely knowledgeable, support their subordinates, are accessible, and are down to earth. You won't find any high and mighty executives unwilling to get their hands dirty with everyday tasks. They jump in and do whatever is necessary to ensure the job is accomplished and that our customers are served with the highest possible standards. You could go out to eat with any of the executives and leaders here and have a great time. It actually happens fairly often with random employees in the office, even with the CEO, who is one of the coolest and most impressive people I have ever met. You just have to sign up. What other company does this? At this company, you can approach anyone with questions or the need for help and know that you will leave that encounter more impressed with that employee than before, regardless of their rank in the company. The careers here have an abundance of growth opportunities. They give people opportunities that other companies would not offer. All you have to do is perform well in your current role and they will get you where you want to be in your career path through training programs and coaching. Everyone at this company is willing to help you do whatever it is you are trying to accomplish, whether it is a task for your current role, a desire to move to another role, or a personal issue on which you need advice. I couldn't be happier with my employment at this company and there's no way I would leave to work anywhere else.

There have been some major transitions in the past few years that were difficult to go through, as all transitions are. However, these transitions were necessary and have made this company better than ever.

The culture is toxic from the top down. Leadership creates an environment of constant chaos, shifting priorities, and little accountability, leaving employees to absorb the consequences. Management by fear is accepted and, at times, seems to be embraced. The company continues acquiring businesses with little apparent planning for how those acquisitions will be integrated into the broader organization. Rather than building scalable processes first, existing teams are simply expected to absorb additional work while already operating at capacity. The result is an organization that constantly feels reactive instead of intentional. Every day becomes another exercise in putting out fires while being criticized for failing to anticipate priorities that were never clearly communicated. Leadership struggles to establish, communicate, and execute on a coherent strategy, making it difficult to accomplish meaningful work or feel successful. Long-term planning consistently takes a back seat to constantly changing priorities. Concerns about leadership and workplace culture are raised, yet the same patterns continue. Employees are left feeling unsupported, overextended, and increasingly burned out while leadership appears insulated from the impact of its decisions.
