It could be time-consuming, but with passion, you will love the environment. Not too much promotion process, since it's a family style. Un-paid.

Really a great company, everyone is so nice! I really enjoy working there and although you occasionally have to work production to help out, it isn't bad. I work as an order puller and it is definitely not super hard work and rewarding to know the deliveries you are putting together are going to make someone's day.

Only thing that isn't the best is the pay, even as a full-time employee it could be better and is probably why they have to go through a temp agency.
