There is plenty of over time.

There is plenty of overtime because of the workload left behind. Customers are promised products with unrealistic timelines. Then they will micro manage to the point of harassment to get the work done.

Was a nice workout. Weekly pay.

Not for young guys, unless you really don't mind repetitive endless labour your whole shift. I didn't mind, but young guys came and went like clockwork. Somewhat Unforgiving management in terms of tardiness, bathroom breaks, lunch breaks etc.
