I worked for Dealercenter for a year, and I can honestly say I loved working for this company. The managers are very helpful in helping you obtain your goals. The pay was great and the other employees were very supportive. I left due to personal reasons but other than that I would have stayed.

Management changed, goals skyrocketed after big price increases, about a dozen negative modifiers (-5%) that stack. Pay program kicks you when youre down. Have to track all your commissions on Excel, and need screenshots on targets they track to argue to get paid on products sold. Massive clawback window and many IT changes creating bugs
