Nice environment. Hourly wage isn't bad if compared with other jobs with similar characteristics (on Sundays and public holidays you make twice your normal hourly wage: approx 12€ rather than 6.15)
Svantaggi
Afterall you are still a sales assistant. Expect to work on Saturdays and usually in the evenings (until 9:30 pm). I don't see that many deserving people working there for long get promoted easily
