+ The worst I.T infustructure I have ever encountered in 10+ years of retail. Tills crash multiple times throughout the day, causing customers to have a really negative brand experience. This self-checkout system should have been tested thoroughly in one of the Decathlon campuses before being pushed into stores.
+ Lack of a functioning human resource department is unacceptable for a company the size of Decathlon. This factor has been mentioned many times online and now I've learned first hand why.
