Wouldn’t give this company even 1* if it was an option. Disgusting bullying and harassment at all levels of the company. Left on my own accord recently thankfully, but watched 6 different people go through constructive dismissals over two and a bit years and have nowhere to turn to as there is no HR department. If they decide they don’t like you, in their words they’ll ‘make it impossible for you to want to stay’ (and that is a quote from management!!!). Don’t expect help from the ‘HR department’, especially the one replying on here.
The company is turning Spanish with there being mostly Spanish people at the top. Nepotism at its finest.
You get treated better working as a bin man. So glad to be away. Even clearing up other people’s rubbish left me less mentally ill than working for these when I was suicidal going to work every day.
