There is complete favoritism and nepotism running in the company. There is no HR department and they dont have a fixed heirarchy , they keep inventing new heirarchies to accomodate and give promotion to those who are management's favourite boys and girls. Often you will find 25 year old running business units and making worst decisions . This company is doomed to fail.
