HOWEVER, most days I found the environment to be toxic by the management - with others agreeing. This is because the management would blame staff for their problems and they would try and put the pressure on colleagues. This would create a frosty atmosphere in the workplace and would make shifts awkward. It also seemed that some people were favoured over others and that some people were made to feel useless. How do they expect this would motivate colleagues? It would create awkwardness and everyone knew when people were being treated unfairly, it was embarrassingly obvious.
