Great for development- both professional & personal Great place to make mistakes & learn from- a lot of autonomy in my job Work-life balance- once i became better at my job (starting was tough) , I could be more efficient and really have great balance- you already ever need to work beyond a reasonable amt in a day It rewards to be doing things that help the team eg organising team events/taking inititiative on things no one expects you to do

Lack of structure- dont expect everything to be very structured, its an MNC but still very start-up like on things which has pros & cons
