The vibe on the ground is usually positive, especially in stores or team settings. In terms of compensation, it’s not bad. The base pay is okay, and there are some decent bonuses and share options, which not every retail or sports company offers. If you’re motivated and proactive, career progression can happen pretty quickly too. That said, the training can be a bit inconsistent, and sometimes the workload feels heavier than what you’re getting paid for—especially if you're part-time or new. Work hours can be all over the place, and physically, it's pretty demanding. Definitely not a “sit-at-your-desk” kind of job.
