CTO is the biggest fraud in the tech team. He is just milking the company and tech team. He himself has not coded any big thing in his entire life. He doesn't know about tech, code, code quality, architecture, infra, whatever you name, he is unaware. He became CTO just because of friendship. If I will take the interview, of CTO he will fail bad, no doubt about it. Even an early experience developer have more knowledge than him. He doesn't have any idea about the codebase, he doesn't have any knowledge of what particular function or file or logic do. He don't know basics of flutter, dart, gcp, how and why flutter works this way and all. Join the company, but if you're tech guy and serious about your career don't join this tech team.
