I was honoured to be part of a group like Decisive. I would undoubtedly still be working with Decisive if I had not chosen to pursue a childhood dream. As a salesperson in any business, it can be very stressful and high demanding, but thats what we sign up for and the nice part about Decisive is that they were willing to compensate you VERY fairly for the hard work that is needed to be successful. I always look forward to running into the people at Decisive as often as I can to have a good chat and feel like part of the group again. Working remotely from home and travelling a lot was tough for me. But that is the role as an agriculture salesperson. One thing I found great with the people at Decisive (from management to other employees) is that they were always willing to field calls to chat about hardships and even willing to travel with you to help learn and close business.
