      - Flexible in starting and ending 8hr work day - Colleagues are friendly and helpful - Good Work/Life balance as a property management accountant compared to other companies. Low stress and manageable workload. - Company does small events to build comradery like earth day, giving away company branded apparel, pride month, etc.

      - SOPs and training could improve - No lunch/snacks in breakroom - Outlook for Growth potential/promotions is medial

      Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your experience has been overwhelmingly positive and please know that we are always focused on continuous improvement which is one of our core values. Also, snacks were stopped due to the pandemic but fear not, they will be returning soon!
