Competing in a really crowded market with a product that struggles to differentiate itself. Changing management and changing product direction. Atmosphere of uncertainty? - Hence my 2023 make or break statement due to lack of significant sales whilst I was there.

didn't have enough features and functionality to help customers rip/replace their current EDR platform. Without remediation, for example, and in the 1/10th of 1% chance a breach happens with Deep Instinct but without EDR what does a customer do? In tech, unless you saving customers money while offering them with many more features you're not selling anything because all you're then offering is a feature set for more budget. The endpoint budget is fixed and stable and they don't have budget to spend for another few bucks per endpoint. Not sure why mgt never ever figured out how OEM this to the EDR tools rather than stick to selling it solo. What a huge blunder!! e
