While the job has its challenges, there are a few positives worth mentioning. Some coworkers are genuinely kind and supportive, which helps make the environment more bearable. The free health insurance after three months is a solid benefit, especially considering many companies don't offer that without cost. Additionally, only having to go into the office two days a week is a nice balance and allows for a bit more flexibility in managing work-life responsibilities.

This job was extremely challenging in all the wrong ways. It is a toxic environment where there was little to no regard for employee well-being or mental health. Leadership was absent or ineffective, and there was no clear path for career progression. Favoritism was evident, and bullying behaviors were either ignored or subtly encouraged. The culture created a space where speaking up felt unsafe and where support was rarely offered. Many employees spoke amongst each other about the lack of support to their mental health and the difficulty they had with working there but had to remain there due to their financial obligations. Overall, this was not a healthy or sustainable work environment. None of this will be considered but if anyone in power is reading this - consider keeping your current employees and making them feel happy at work rather than just focusing on a high turn over and employing new people yearly. There is clearly an issue. Fix the internal issue.
