Unclear and constantly changing mission and vision. In the last 4 years the organization has had 2 consultants come in and re-work the organization mission, laid off majority of the staff, and closed entire departments (including the only direct impact department supporting immigrant artists). The second time the consultant process was announced and staff raised concerns, the CEO assured everyone this would not result in layoffs.
