Not a competitive salary at the beginning

- Nice people - Comfortable working environment. Full remote working.

- Salary is almost below average - Raise period is 3 months late - No employee tracking. If you work perfect, you get more work not more money or reputation. - Working overtime every week but no payment. - If you have a manager in your team, you are OK. But if you don't, you must work 2x to be visible.
