Pay was on time. Colleagues are tremendously smart and driven. Great opportunity to learn all aspects of Digital. Strong leadership displayed on analytics and tech teams. CEO genuinely cares about the people.

One poor leadership hire has led to the highest performing team being completely eradicated (the teams own choice). The leader of this team has consistently displayed that he is completely incapable of leadership. This leader frequently blows off important meetings, sets their team up for failure while claiming credit for any successes that happen, fails to communicate any solid direction that the executive team would like to move in, belittles their direct reports, and has single-handedly crushed even the most self-motivated people on the team. The impacts of this person's lack of professional etiquette and/or leadership extend far beyond their team. This information has been shared with the HR team who is fully capable of effecting change and my hope is that change will quickly follow in the shape of the team being placed under the leadership and guidance of someone much more capable of managing such an important function in a company with aggressive growth goals.
