      Good if you're in college and want beer money or a retiree who doesn't mind driving suspect equipment and schlepping other peoples' luggage for min wage and tips.

      Incompetent upper management / ownership (still advertising a twitter acct that hasn't been updated in 2 1/2 years?!?!?!). Pay is entry level at best, raises are VERY slow unless you're the head dispatcher. No upward mobility unless you like being micromanaged by an owner who cares more about money, ego and convenience than actually promoting a positive workplace.
