Great office space with plenty of snacks. The teams at the operational levels are genuinely friendly, supportive, and full of good intentions

Management lacks clear goals, vision, and direction. The company still feels like a long-standing boys’ club run by the same group for the past 15+ years. Transparency and inclusion are minimal, especially for anyone joining at a senior or leadership level. There’s no meaningful structure, governance, or framework for how work should be done. It often operates like a staffing agency that overpromises to both employees and customers, relying more on luck than strategy when it comes to keeping clients. Many senior hires end up leaving after a short time, often because the environment doesn’t support real leadership or change. Instead of building solid foundations, leadership tends to “paint the big picture” without the ability or resources to make it happen—seemingly hoping that AI or external trends will solve their structural problems. Management struggles to handle criticism or face issues directly, and as a result the company feels like it’s in constant firefighting mode rather than making genuine progress
