This is due to not wanting to invest in the quality of work force. -Little to no training. -It doesn’t matter how hard you work, you are not appreciated or rewarded for hard work. -The contractor is always right. Little to no support on sites and projects. -Calendar filled in the day before, no future planning or forward thinking. -Poor communication between departments -Expect to work away with no notice. -Unprofessional upper management. -No Team work ethic.
