Didn't learn anything of value. Your "line manager" does not check in regularly. When your line manager reaches out (monthly if you're lucky), they'll just be doing it so they can tick a box in their own performance reviews. You are just thrown on projects and put in the background without any real client contact. I learnt more in 1 month of mentoring than 1 year in this role.
