Were not informed of company's decision to lay off staff and almost half of us were given zero notice of redundancy, were paid below minimum wage for job for months before error was rectified and staff were backpaid. Felt like a lot of changes were brought on with little input from staff on the ground and could have done more to make voices feel adequately heard.
