ICs are great and work hard, when working with clients. Employees and staff are great. Ownership is amazing and will support you, until upper management gets involved.

Upper Management lies to clients and worship group all the time. Make promises to clients and expect staff to fulfill those needs by under paying there ICs. If you can get needs filled will lie to ownership team saying that your the problem. Also certain upper management has been there for so long that they are afraid of new people and ideas that could cause them to lose there position, so they try and paint picture to ownership that your the problem until you finally quit.
