They’re cheap. Ownership loves to pocket most of the money you make for them. No workplace environment. You could make them hundreds of thousands of dollars and they’ll give you a $5 bill. Staff morale is low but we are just trying to pay bills and fight another option. Doesn’t seem like a tenured office - when I started everyone around me had been in their positions for less than 6 months. Nobody has met the owner or corporate team
