# Long working hours. # Zero work-life balance. # Official working hours are 10 hours but you are expected to stay beyond that. # In spite of having 10 hours working , last Saturday of month is working day. # Opinions of employees are not taken into consideration while changing rules. # If you have only sick leaves in balance and you take planned sick leave, salary will be deducted.

- Long work hours i.e. 10 hours. HR will not send you any email but warn you in person if you leave before time. - Managers are not supportive. They will show gratitude in front of you but will not support you in front of higher management at the time of increment and other issues. - Three months notice period. It doesn't matter if you have any work or not. They will stretch your notice period for 3 months. - No outdoor activity. No Bonus. No Diwali. - They deducted 95% of the employee bonus giving illogical reasons. - Only 12 CL and 6 sick leaves. No Eid holiday, reason : no Muslim employee is in the company. This was very rude. - HR will never show you company policy and cut your salary on the basis of it. But any rule can be implemented stating "Company Policy".
